I've been hearing from people that WB has been trying to do as much as they can to sabotage Pacific Rim's success by mishandling the marketing because of Legendary Pictures splitting from them and going to Universal.

If true, this pisses me off. I'm also slightly amused, though, because every single person I know who knows what PR is has been really hyped for it, either on their own or because of the reaction of someone else they know who saw it.

I was never particularly bothered about it, because I don't really care about films or television.

The Rage thread is for venting about rages you've encountered through your day (and some rage-related derailing), not for inciting rage within programmers on these boards. Please make a new topic for that.

And regardless of what you do, please, please learn how to communicate your thoughts effectively in text form, because only 1 in 100 people can figure out what the hell you're trying to say at the first (or second, or third, or any) pass.
