YOU NIMROD
Oh gods, if only you knew how many poor naive nitwits ask for something like that :P

... well, you probably actually do know, but yeah. I think the region change is actually possible, somehow, though. Could be a case of misremembering.

Youtube changed the subscribe button. It was a nice neutral gray. Now it's an ugly abomination of red-orange and it hurts my eyes. It's the brightest thing on the stupid page and stands out like a chainsaw through the retinas.

Who the hell is in charge of Youtube web design? Srsly. If they wanted to make the subscribe button more noticeable, they could've changed to, oh I don't know, that nice orange color from the original youtube webpage from way back when instead of taking the well-traveled route of painful and miserable changes. I want to find whoever is in charge of youtube's design layout and burn their house down with their godawful web-design, and lemons.

Youtube is designed by sadists. This has been known for some time.

Youtube's original subscribe button was yellow. You've been brainwashed by Newtube.

It's not the region change I'm complaining about, it's the automatic Japanese translator for text and audio for $300.

It's been raining for the past three fucking weeks, so of course the sodding lawnmower broke down on me today

I mean fucking christ I don't much like having to WEEDEAT MY ENTIRE DITCH because it's FOURTEEN THOUSAND FUCKING DEGREES OUTSIDE.

Same business tomorrow, though. Hopefully the weedeater doesn't shit out on me.

For the translation issue, there is a mildly offensive solution.

EDIT: Having rewatched the whole thing, "mildly"? Past Bauglir, you were not properly flagging your memories of humor.

In the days when Sussman was a novice, Minsky once came to him as he sat hacking at the PDP-6.
“What are you doing?”, asked Minsky. “I am training a randomly wired neural net to play Tic-Tac-Toe” Sussman replied. “Why is the net wired randomly?”, asked Minsky. “I do not want it to have any preconceptions of how to play”, Sussman said.
Minsky then shut his eyes. “Why do you close your eyes?”, Sussman asked his teacher.
“So that the room will be empty.”
At that moment, Sussman was enlightened.

Actually, there's a computer program called AralTrans that grabs allthe text in a game and machin translates it to Korean from Japanese. It works on most game, with varying degree of success from impeccable to barely coherent.
