Those people have inane schedules. The worst offenders are stores which close at night. I mean... when else am I going to do my shopping? 5PM? That's when I'm eating breakfast.

See, this is a subset of the Gnome category, which is itself a subset of the Dwarf category.

Dwarves: Little person that covets stuff, lives underground
-Gnome: Dwarf that isn't a fighter, is much more interested in gems/stuff, alchemically/magically inclined
--Hobbit: Gnome that has interests in beer/food and communing with nature rather than magic/alchemy

Kinda like Elves are a subset of humans.
