Can depend on the microwave, and the popcorn. I'd buy one brand of popcorn and cook it for 2 minutes, it comes out perfect. I buy another brand of popcorn, put it in for the same amount of time, and it's half burnt by the end.

Also if it's salted or buttered or plain.

Ugh, some punks are sitting in their car just outside the place I'm working at, pumping their bass and vibrating the windows ._.

Blast Requiem for a Dream at them.  That should get them to move.

Do you have any speakers laying around?
If so, I think the reasonable course of action is obvious.

I imagine the same thought processes that cause someone to set a bowl of Easy Mac on fire (which regularly happens in my school's dorm buildings) are involved.

This would revolutionize warfare. Victory would be determined by who can blast Beethoven's Moonlight Sonata or Mars the God of War loudest.

That's what happens when I'm on the internet looking at random stuff.  Meant just plain old requiem.

I remember seeing an article somewhere about stores that actually did that.
And the military is making a REALLY big speaker.  As in probably going to bust your eardrums level big.

Some shopping malls have indeed played classical music to drive away loitering teenagers. I'm less sure but military/police may have used or at least R&D'd something like that for more forceful applications as well.

Are songs targeted at teenage girls allowed to be played in a wartime environment?

Teenage girl soldiers? Aggressive pillow fighting?
What about banning Celine Dion from being played as a war weapon?
