Awesome, all three Mass Effect games for a reasonable price!

They're selling the trilogy for $5 now?

$60, but considering that was the opening price of ME3, I call that ... reasonable.

And that is why, despite desperately wanting to finish the storyline, I have not bought ME3 yet. Freaking Origin.

Also enjoy the bonuses of having Origin installed, primarily the fact that it will probably monitor your computer without telling you why or whether or not you agree with it.
I remember that. What exactly did it do again?

Is haxbox your nickname for the X-Box, or is it referring to something of a...shall we say, less-than-legal nature?

Ah.

Well, unless you can transfer save files from the PC to the X-Box, buying the console version won't help me at all.

I was just mentioning it in passing.
Is buying it via whatever service then downloading a cracked copy to get around the DRM not an option?

I have Origin on XP on my dual-boot computer.

I never use XP except for those few rare occasions that Spore is needed.

I use Windows XP partially because my computer is unable to upgrade to a later operating system and partially because I've tried both Windows Vista and Windows 7 and I don't like either of them. However I will say that if I had to choose I would probably pick Windows 7 over Windows Vista or Windows 8 solely because it's actually a half-decent operating system from my experience, however little of it I have with said operating system.

Now to get back onto the thread's primary subject. It kind of upsets me that I am unable to be assertive without coming off as some kind of asshole, which I am starting to think is mostly because the people around me on a regular basis are obnoxious, opinionated, hypocritical, condescending, and often times delusional. Meaning I'm not an asshole, if you get what I'm saying.

I don't mean to blame people but I know way too many assholes for my liking. It's sickening.

You mean the thing where in order to monitor you, they made a GAPING security hole in your computer?
Wasn't that Ubisoft?

Eh.  I deal with that whole "surrounded by assholes" thing by thinking of people as assholes.  If everyone's an asshole, then no one really is.  At least, it's hard to picture them as being bigger assholes.  Keeps me from getting upset with them.
