I cut myself ripped my thumb open on a staple while putting a book into my backpack today.
After about half a giga-second of contemplating how that is possible,
I went some sort of nerd-rage, and chucked my 30 pound backpack in some random direction in the room.
This was at home, atleast.
I don't know why I went all angreh, i'm a chill person.
But it frickin' hurt, I guess is the best answer.

See today's Real Life Comics for my take on Disney buying LucasArts. I just had that discussion, almost word for word, with a friend of mine.
I didn't even consider that last point before. Star Wars Episode VII, written and directed by Joss Whedon. That....that is very interesting indeed.

It also might give nerds heart attacks, though.

Joss Whedon declined doing Star Wars.

And I'm not putting faith in any Disney movie that isn't written by Joss Whedon.  Yeah, Avengers was great...... but Ironman 2 and Thor were both incredibly mediocre and felt like Disney movies, plus multiple crappy cartoon series now running in the Marvel universe that also suffer a very strong Disney flavor.  There's one Avengers cartoon now that's drawn in a chibi style and the writing feels almost like one of Disney's Hannah Montana-style sitcoms.  Disney is in general very consistent about releasing mega-assloads of crap for every decent work.

Excellent research, but do you account for steatopygic variables? It is in fact possible to have an assload of ass.

All calculations are based off of my own ass, which I am assuming to be the average ass of a caucasian male. If anyone has a problem with this they can measure the circumference of their own ass and perhaps we cab establish some degree of ass variance.

Also, I was working under the assumption that one ass was able to contain an assload

Just... fuck. I wish I could be surprised to see jackbooted stormtroopers enforcing corporate interests, and I really wish I could call them 'jackbooted stormtroopers' as an exaggeration.

Browser hijacker and/or rootkit on work laptop. Normally the sort of thing that I hand it over to the tech support guys at work for, but its a half term break. Great. 6 hours of geekery ahead.  >:(

A few tips:
Superantispyware.
Starter. Make sure it does not run something on boot.

@Greatorder, i use AVG free and it serves me well enough. Apparantly it's a bit bloated tough.
