When I was a kid, carrots were the only vegetable I'd eat. I still like them, but I've branched out a bit :P

When I was a kid, one of the only vegetables I liked was Broccoli. My parents were shocked, to say the least.

And also very angry, because I utterly refused and continue to refuse to eat any and all lettuce. That stuff is horrific and vile.
You poor person. You haven't lived until you have had a fresh and delicious salad.

Someone should invent a seedless cucumber because I can't stand the soggy insides of pickles. I like them crunchy.

... I think they have those. I'm sure of it actually, cuz I touched about two hundred of them today. :P

Excellent. Now make me some dill pickles with them :D

Ye gods the innuendo potential.

Steve smiles upon your debauchery.

Yea, and Steve looked down from His pad, and He saw that the bros were making lighthearted sexual jokes, and it was good.

On the topic of other things I enjoy in my mouth, I practically live off salad nowadays. Not least because the salad bar at my uni dining hall has whole banana peppers every day.

This. Salad was the only food I craved in jail. Fucking salad with some fatty, delicious ranch dressing on it.

Haha, I'm sure you could find some at your local grocery store. If not, you can get them to order them for you. And making pickles is easy. You just need vinegar, some herbs like dill and stuff, and time. And jars.

I have salads. They just involve no lettuce and more garbanzo beans.

We shall see! And the pickles shall be incredible.

I've actually made (or rather, helped make) dill pickles before so it shouldn't be that difficult.

Salad doesn't necessitate lettuce.

Frankly, it doesn't even necessitate vegetables. Apples and pears and bananas and lemons and oranges and... man, I don't know. Throw the whole fruit stand into a bowl.

"Salad" is an ill defined term. Here, they make Jello salads, frog eye salad (I have no idea what the "frog eyes" are but they're small and round), and fruit salads with like whipped cream and stuff.

But just about anywhere you go, if you request "salad", you'll get something that involves lettuce. Thus, lettuce salad is the true salad.
