I'm hesitant to put Nadaka's post in the OOC thread, because although it's pretty damn funny, it's also one of the most disgusting and offensive things I've ever read.
not to mention it would piss off derm.

do you want to be violated by derm's avatar?
Do you want an honest answer? :P

Have you seen the film?
No actually.
It's pretty much a direct quote from the film. There's an entire scene.

It wasn't my cup of tea, but everyone else my age seemed to love it.

We were fifteen. There's lots of racism and explosions and lampooning of the way America handles problems.

The DVD extended edition has on extra 20 minutes of that. Apparently the only way to get the rest of the movie past the censors was to have enough offensive content that there was no way that it could all be cut.

Team America: World Police was, quite simply, amazing in every way. It is entirely worth watching.

I think the other characters all throw up after that particular quote though.

Reading up on it, it sounds like one of those "absolutely everyone's stupid and incompetent" movies.

Incidentally, I was watching a History Hitler Alien Channel program a few days ago about how the guy who designed Mt. Rushmore supposedly had a secret facility built behind the faces to "store important historical documents". Yeah.

So I decided to brave the self checkouts at Food Lion again today.  I knew better.  I really did.  But the other lines were so long, and I only had a few things.  Surely they would work this time, right?

Well, I guess the other people have more sense than me and were avoiding them for a reason.  It rang me up alright, but when it came time to pay it took my debit card, then decided to bluescreen on me.  Srsly?  Srsly.

Cue a 10 minute wait for customer service to verify that I had indeed paid.  Argh.
