Yesterday I was around when they were draining an anal abcess.  Screw potatoes, I assure you the smell of pus in significant quantities is much worse. At one point I began to feel faint.

Yea, when they tell you a mission is going to be hard because your level is too low? They generally mean it. The only exceptions are outdoor missions after you get vehicles, they you can mostly just run everything over.

Eh, depends. Most areas where you're supposed to kill a miniboss or something of the sort you can't normally take the vehicle with you or they're tough enough that you'll need it.

Yea, when they tell you a mission is going to be hard because your level is too low? They generally mean it. The only exceptions are outdoor missions after you get vehicles, they you can mostly just run everything over.

Yeah. And if you're taking on Crawmerax solo? They're not kidding when it's rated "Impossible". There's a reason he's called "Crawmerax the Invincible".

Its the first boss (the huge cluster-grenade throwing psycho. i fucking hate psychos), i'm level 14 (wich is *normal*) and i'm playing as the soldier (roland). (the boss is in sledge's hideout)
I accidently sold my rifle for another rifle, realized that the second rifle was a semi, sold it, killed bonehead with my sniper rifle, nicked his SMG and i'm using that.
I would just have re-stocked on ammo (as i have 22k dollars) if it werent for the fact that all the enemies respawned.
I *could* take them with my pistol, but i dont feel like going trough all that again.

Oh that guy. That's not the first boss, that's like the 5th or 6th one. I mean, Bonehead is a boss. Nine-Toes is what most people think of as the "first" boss.

Yeah, that guy was a bitch and a half.
