I translated it, though, in case you missed it. Otherwise I'm with fqllve, though. You can get the words and the rhythm right, but you still be able to carry over the nuances as well as the linguistical history-culture.

You can't translate poetry! Unless you use Babelfish, and then it becomes an entirely different kind of poetry.

Basically, anything that GEMA manages the license for, is blocked on youtube.

Also:

Germany, case law has established the so-called GEMA Vermutung, a presumption that works are managed by GEMA due to its monopoly position. As such, in Germany the burden of proof is on the accused infringer that the work is not managed by GEMA.

This means that if a video so much as has something as a background music that might be managed by GEMA, the vid will be blocked.
