All that sounds more like a problem of unfair grading than having anything to do with the suck that happens when you're forced to work on a project with complete strangers.

Not really. Most of my problems came from the things others missed, whereas my part of the speech was fine except for the 3-pointer. And then there's the fact that I had to do everyone's research for them and make the outline and coordinate everything and literally beg one of them to put in a little effort...

Then again, not as bad as the group who had 2 members who would not do anything (the one that got grades in the 60's).

Group projects do suck.

Really pissed off at the bus system. Yesterday afternoon, the retard of a bus driver pulls up, refuses to let me and two other people on, citing a full bus, lets someone off, then refuses to continue driving if we, the people who didn't want to be fucking stuck in the middle of a bad neighborhood at 5:00PM, didn't get off. And these jackasses are raising the fare in a month or so. Supposedly, tomorrow night and the night after, they're holding public hearings to get the public's opinion on the rate hike, but here's the natch: they are scheduled at a time after the buses stop running.

That is low.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

McAfee!

When the antiviral is more annoying and system damaging that 99% of actual viruses, someone has screwed up. Possibly whoever decided to actually install the damn program. Infinite hate works, etc, so forth.

Luckily this is a client's machine, so I had the luxury of saying "Hey, your AV was pissing me off so I stabbed it in the face. Your sub is also about a year over due. You should consider doing something about that."

That's the point at which she goes "Oh, I think we have Norton installed and running already anyways."

.....

Because when one crappy AV suite isn't enough, double up mang!

I wondered this too. I can only assume that deep somewhere within her HDD, Norton and McAfee are engaged in a eternal battle to the death.
