Ahhhhgh I was cleaning my turtles tanks and the fucker hissed at me which made me jump and smash my elbow into his light and smash it and now there is a bunch of fiber glass floating in his tank. I can only hope the small pieces are picked up by the filter, cause otherwise I might have issues.

I don't know a whole lot about electronics, but doesn't an electic motor sorta require a magnet to function? Or am I just thinking of an electric generator?

I have to use coils to induce an electric field. Foirtunately, I found a design on the interwebs that looks pretty much stupid proof, so here I come.

I'm not the most reliable employee; there's one shift, 9:30-12:30 on a Sunday, that I've never managed to be on time for.

Yesterday, I realised that it was never meant to be; I woke up at seven, in my own bed- thereby avoiding the causes of my past tardiness- and got ready, briefly browsing the forums before leaving twenty minutes before the bus would come. It's a nice morning, if a bit chilly; the birds are out, people are walking dogs, Grieg's Morning is playing somewhere in the back of my head. I've managed to forget that the bus I take to work only comes once an hour on weekends, but that's alright- I know when my bus will come, and that it'll get me there on time.

I arrive at the bus stop, ten minutes to spare before my bus arrives. I casually check the timetable, because I have little else to do.

The bus doesn't begin to run on Sundays until 10:15 AM. I needed to catch the 9:15 AM.

You know where the moniter plugs into the computer? Put a light amount of pressure on it. Or just check that it's plugged in properly.

I had the same issue, except the tint was yellow. It was caused from the computer having a loose back. Pressure and some blu-tac helped.
