I thought games were made by people with too much spare time on there hands who sit in their basement coding away until they make something magical and give it away for free, and those few that really do well get donations. Notch is weird in this regard, in that he demands a donation before you play...

Good I am still not mentioned here.

Anyhow I am getting angry with myself. I have an important cover letter to write and I just won't do it.

Because of how nervous I am in writing it, I ended up scratching right through my right hand without noticing... It hurt all day today.

Some of the stuff on Alter Ego is making me slightly pissed.

For example, if you choose certain things that show excitement, you get a big message saying "OMGZ! UR IMPULSIVE! I'M TAKING YOUR STATS!"

That game is rigged anyway. For the most part, stats don't even matter. On one part, I had modified the savefile so I had maxed whatever stats are for self-control, and it still said I was too impulsive to NOT do what the situation gave me a choice of doing(doing it was a bad thing, like drugs or cheating on girlfriend or something).


EDIT: Go to hell, Windows Update. Don't suddenly pop up a message saying you're going to restart my computer without my permission, and put a timer on it so that you'll restart it if I don't see it.
