Considering both me and my girlfriend would be dead were it not for him, he's given us several grand worth of stuff, and we only have a house because of him. I'd say he's a pretty good friend ><
Its all a excessively elaborate plot and xantos gambit to make you trust him. Then he will show you your magical powers and use you to take over the world.

And yet. I'm ok with that

Well, it sounds like she's the protagonist. So she'd just get resurrected by the power of true friendshiplove in the end.

I know what is a Weeaboo, she is totally not one.
.....

What are you smoking. Yes, it is.

I highly doubt an Irishman would normally pick something like Yumiko for a alias.

What if I told you one possible meaning for said name is something along the lines of Bow of the Barbarian, and is still a female name?
Digging deeper, another meaning is She with the Urge to Eat Life, so... succubus?
Ye gods, Japanese names are crazy.
Another one: Excellent Smelling Child, excellent in this case meaning more excel than great, with smelling referring to one's fragrance.
So I suppose you could say Child with a Smell that Excels.

So what would I have to do to earn myself a place in your blacklist? Because I fear I'm not weeaboo enough but that doesn't mean I'm not willing to try.

What exactly is a Weeaboo?

One of three things, apparently:

What if I told you one possible meaning for said name is something along the lines of Bow of the Barbarian, and is still a female name?
Digging deeper, another meaning is She with the Urge to Eat Life, so... succubus?
Ye gods, Japanese names are crazy.

:P

Incidentally, what does 'Andoryo' literally translate to, Ein? I ask becuase it's the Japanese form of my name, and a meaning would be nice.

But then, life was also easier when I was running around here pretending to be a man, so I guess I should just "man up" and get back to work.

The fact is, the name is of Japanese origin, as is much of what she talks about, from my experience.

fq, you'd have to be really over the top insane DESU DESU <3 ANIME-SAN!

Assuming you mean Andrew, it wouldn't mean anything in Japanese, being a Japanisation of a non-Japanese name.
And it would probably be better written out as Andoru, or アンドル/アンドルー.
As for meaning, Andrew just means man, so... yeah.
Jin (人) would probably be the best translation.

Hmm. I suspect I'd fail to do it convincingly.

Could I persuade you to by saying that anime is, at its best, much more artistically ambitious than American television? ~desu

e: Oh, and also, that the topic particle in Japanese is totally awesome and I wish there were one in English?

No, but massive over use of tildes is a great start. There is a place for one in perhaps 1 in 500 posts, tops.
