Assuming you mean Andrew, it wouldn't mean anything in Japanese, being a Japanisation of a non-Japanese name.
And it would probably be better written out as Andoru, or アンドル／アンドルー.
As for meaning, Andrew just means man, so... yeah.
Jin (人) would probably be the best translation.
