He told me he had done all this "extensive and complex math and calendar translation" and I told him "read a book you fucking idiot".

His research not involving counting past the number 1700?

Or reading about Egyptians?  Greeks?  Romans?  Heck, even reading the Bible?

Somehow this makes me think that Jesus was born a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away. And he was conceived by midi-chlorians *shot*

A kid at my school believes Earth is only 1700 years old. He didn't understand why I laughed when I told him the date was 2011.

Is he one of those people that deny the existence of the Dark Ages?

I really can't believe that George Lucas would draw a parallel between a mass murderer and the Messiah of the world's biggest religion.

Neither do I, but if the earth didn't even exist back then, where else would Jesus've been born? Of course, the part with the midi-chlorians was a joke.

Mars? And that joke almost got me on a rant about Star Wars.

Motherfudging Apple software are being dicks to those of us with Steam. They've deliberately held back a driver update from people with Leopard, and insist that, if we wish to use more graphically demanding games (Left 4 Dead 1 & 2 for example), we need to shell out 35 fucking pounds to upgrade our OSes.

IT'S JUST A DRIVER UPDATE, YOU C***S.

Most Apple fans are willing to spend the money.
Blind followers, and all that, y'know.

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.
