If you've got a spare machine, you can boot Kali Linux, open up a terminal, and run airodump-ng. That should spit out a list of all the wireless networks in range, and you can then run a few more commands that escape me at the moment to find the addresses of everyone connected to a particular network (although if there are prohibitively many, that might not be helpful - I'm sure there's a way to just grab every address in range but I don't know what it is). I can go look up the guide and link it to you on Steam if you like - the one I'm familiar with is a guide to breaking into wireless networks, and while no step is inherently illegal and you wouldn't actually follow it far enough to reach anything illegal by breaking encryption on anybody else's network without permission, I'd be hesitant to broadcast the link.

EDIT: You don't need Kali in particular, it's just a distro that has everything you could conceivably need built in.

Apparently my YouTube woes are a browser issue; IE can load the things I wanted to watch just fine while Firefox's buffering breaks instantly. Only for certain videos, oddly enough. Stupid videos about frogs load just fine, while interesting videos about interstellar travel cannot play more than about two seconds without freezing.

Alone the first few things would seem innocuous, but taken together with the last couple of things sound like they could be the result of a concussion or hallucinogen intoxication. Have you hit your head recently or attended any really wild parties.
