Seriously never buying an Ubisoft game ever again.  My kid bought Watchdogs 3 days ago with money he got for his birthday.  I've since put at least 5 hours into it, and still haven't been able to get it to work for him through shitty fucking UPlay.  And in my search for solutions, I've found the internet is drowning in stories of people who bought Ubisoft games, only to find the only way they would ever get to play them is through pirating.  I don't understand how the company hasn't crashed and burned yet, when they're selling such non-functional products.

I'm rather surprised at the idea of ads longer than 30 seconds. I thought the purpose of an ad was to deliver the idea of a product and induce desire in the audience in as short a time as possible. 5 minutes seems like it's missing the point. Though I guess some recruitment/study videos would take longer but... eh.

It's about the length of that ad AND about the content of it.

Well, nobody's perfect. Power corrupts, and Bioware just got greedy, that's all. I don't believe that less than stellar behaviour of the artist devalues the artistic merit of his work.
