for the weekend

BUT when I am trying to enjoy eating it I cannot get the meat off the goddamn stick because meat is stuck on it and I hate eating it off the stick, so I spend 20 minutes trying to get it off the stick WITHOUT breaking the stick and sending the meat flying around the room... its pain in the arse to clean that up.. so its never ending balance between too weak to get it off, and too strong it will make catapult effect... RAGEEEEEE I gave up on eating that food.

Fixed it, now your reactions are making me rage too.

1. prop stick vertically on plate, hold firmly with one hand
2. slid fork between bottom piece of meat and the next up, with the stick between the center tines of the fork.
3. Apply downward pressure
4. Repeat for next piece of meat.

If that doesn't work, get a steakknife or something, cut meat along top and bottoms of stick

Not really rage, I'm just fucking exhausted. My trip here has been extended through the weekend, all the way through to Wednesday. I had to lean heavy on my whole company for support, because a) there was far too much shit for one person to do, and b) much of what needed to be done I either didn't know how to do, or am bad at doing. The owner vacillates between seeming to like me, and questioning or doubting every single answer I give him about the software, its capabilities, or what we said we will do. Maybe it's just Massachusets thing, but when the person you're talking to is swearing every other word, you get exhausted wondering if they're just kidding or about to chew your ass.

I sometimes think the reason they send me on these trips is not for my technical skills and experience, but only because I can talk in a way that either makes people think I know what I'm talking about, or because I can take most of the shit that gets thrown at you in this industry. Being a nerd in a trucker's/mechanic's world is not easy.
