Another day, another death-march.

I get to work, and I find two buckets of used frying grease sitting on the floor. Why. Just... why. When I finally get a chance to dispose of it an hour later(no, it did not stay on the floor), I find that someone left one the barrels we dump into open. The one that was full. Oh, and remember that time a few months ago when I found a squirrel had climbed in and died? It was still fucking there.

Then the rest of the day was being given a task, and just before I started it, the same person would give me two more things they wanted done right away.

8 goddamn full size SUVs and extendeded cab trucks packed into the drive through of a place with a tiny ass parking lot, all of them throwing their hands up like fucking idiots because no one can go anywhere.

Hey dumbshits, this is what you get for buying enormous, unnecessary vehicles. Goddamnit I hate SUV owners. Not a one of them has a legit reason for having a vehicle this big, just their fucking egos. Virtually NO ONE can justify owning these fucking things, I don't care how many kids you have, how many fucking soccer practices you have to go to, or how much you lie to yourself you're going to live a car commercial and go destroy the wilderness with your Earth Raper. FUCK YOU.

This is why I love bicycles.

I think I'd love bicycles if this weren't florida and the nearest town of even most remote of notes wasn't a dozen miles away. Maybe when around the house in the larger town, but then you have to deal with people in cars ;_;

And the heat. Can't forget the heat.

Well. All that and if I hadn't forgotten how to ride a bike. People who say that's impossible are goddamn liars. All it really takes is some time and a notable shift in your balance, apparently.

The only areas really good for bikes in north america are Caribbean islands and Canadian cities.

And the 6*  places left in America with mass transit thats not a fucking bus.

I want to like bicycles, except I loathe bicyclists. I watched one this last weekend ride right through our wedding party at top speed, weaving through us, then proceed to smack the 9 year old ring bearer in the back of the head with her handle bars and knock him to the ground. And then she stops like "OMG, soooo sorry" as though she didn't just precipitate the situation by being a fucking moron. And that's been my experience with most bicyclists. Liberated from being in a car they suddenly think they can go anywhere, at any time, at any speed. Watched a bicyclist out of front of work blow through a stop sign and almost get hit by a car, because apparently, fuck traffic laws. Not to mention the tons of bikers who like to turn the corner at my building at top speed and regularly almost knock me over while I'm standing there smoking.

Point in fact, humans are fucking stupid as soon as you give them the capability of going faster than running speed. I'm sure in the 1500s or w/e, one of my ancestors was raging about assholes on horseback gallivanting through town.

Games aren't bad, the people on games, however, seem to leave their brains behind half the time they go on.

I'm not going to respond to that because when everything going wrong is out of my control then people say that it's my fault, jokingly or not, it REALLY pisses me off. Probably a side effect of my brother being like that.
I was making a joke.

I seem to be incapable of determining when that is appropriate, though.

I'm very sorry.

Well. You could. Modding or memory hacking, simple manipulation TAS style as well.

I somehow doubt you're maliciously going in and preempting the RNG to spite your brother, though. Maybe you should?

Dead Rising 2's psychopath fights, but only the ones I am marginally unprepared for, so every. Single. One.
Marginally as in just enough to lose.

In my dorm, there just this one big blue light on the wifi device on the ceiling.

Blue light is known to be the most disruptive at night.

Dammit, can't sleep

Perhaps try closing eyes. Or facing away from the light. Or some kind of blindfold -- corner of pillow over head works. So would the sleeve of a long sleeve shirt. Or a sock. Etc., etc.

Alternately, tape. Y'know, the kind that isn't clear. And blocks light. Can't reach? Roll tape into tube shape, sticky part outwards. Put bottom on point of stick, lightly. Put top on wi-fi light, less lightly. Problem solved.

Housemate just starts vacuuming at 7 in the morning. Just as I think she's done, she starts singing. This is the kind of singing that's  completely terrible but nobody tells her it is so she thinks she's amazing. It's 8 AM now. I should not be up this early.

Odd, this has been my experience dealing with people in their cars.

When she starts singing, yell "Are you using a different vacuum cleaner?!"
