How to deal with rage:
Step 1: Go to a place that sells cheap used stuff (value village, salvation army etc.)
Step 2: purchase a bunch of old plates
Step 3: place plates in a pillow case
Step 4: Beat the ever loving crap out of pillow case

Well, getting a heap of old/cheap tiles and/or plates and chucking 'em at a wall apparently works.
My mother and her friends used to do that occasionally in the courtyard behind her shop, make a bit of a party of it.
