Not sure where to start on today.

That shit-head took over two hours to put a microwave in a shelf over the oven. Screamed at me quite a bit while doing it, too.

Then he went to go to a friend's only to find that his truck was stuck in ice. My mom and I got yelled at again because he couldn't get out no matter what he tried.

Then I got yelled at for not doing the dishes.

Then I got yelled at for trying to show my mom how to use the scanner. "I don't give a shit about learning how to do this, you're the computer person, you do it for me!"

Then it suddenly decided that it didn't want to work again after the new ink cartridge was inserted, flashing an "unknown ink volume" error, and turning back into an expensive brick.

Spoiler: Here's my method: (click to show/hide)

Prep: You need a bucket, bleach, rubber dishwashing gloves, a cheap soft sponge, and clothes you don't mind getting bleach-spattered. I don't always bleach walls, but when I do, I bleach them naked.
1: Run hot water in the room while it's closed up, creating steam and making the mold delighted and the walls wet. The usefulness of this step is debatable, but it does mean you have to go back to the bucket less frequently.
2: Fill bucket with a gallon of water and a significant pour of bleach. It should be strong enough that you don't want to inhale from the bucket, but not so strong that the air in the room becomes unbearable. Wear the gloves.
3: Open the doors and windows to get as much airflow as possible. Set up fans if you can.
4: Use the hand towel to coat the walls with bleach water. You're trying to get the walls totally wet and leave it there without scrubbing. Do the ceiling first and work your way down.
5: Dump bucket down drain. Fill with cold water.
6: After everything has been soaked with bleach water, go back to the first spot you started on and gently wipe with the normal-water-soaked sponge. You're simultaneously doing a soft abrasion of the wall and diluting the bleach you've put on it. Again, work from the ceiling to the walls and then to the floor.
7: This is a great opportunity to bleach your toilet and sink too. If your floor is wood or something weird and not-tile, bleaching it may be problematic. But you need to clean every centimeter of the room because remaining mold spores will recontaminate the rest of the room.
8: Shower immediately afterward and wash the clothes you wore, if any. You will get bleach on your skin and clothes, and it will cause chemical burns and will deteriorate cloth if it remains soaked in it.

If you have a tub or shower in the room, the caulk around the edges may be damaged by the mold. If it's pulling up at all it will need to be replaced. You can get caulk in a tube that fits in a caulking gun, but you don't exactly need the gun. To caulk, you need a clean, dry tub stripped of caulk. You also can't use it for days afterward. But you can definitely do the job yourself. Leaving the caulk broken will result in leakage behind the tub or shower and rotting of the wooden structure. Your toilet or sink may similarly have caulk around it, but the caulk could be a hard type that needs very infrequent repair. In general, if the caulk isn't pulling up yet, don't do anything with it.

You may cause damage to the paint on the walls or the caulking, but if the uni cared they would have a maintenance person come by every time the dorms change occupants and clean and repaint. Like, you know, any legit landlord.

Prevention of mold: When the water is on, the window is open. Leave it open until the walls and mirror aren't wet anymore. For a shower this takes a bit but it's not an issue if the bathroom is just a toilet and sink.
