Screw oracle.

"Consult your oracle representative." Is not very helpful for an off by 1 array issue when "Consult your oracle representative." caries the weight of possibly using one of our service tickets that cost tens of thousands of dollars each.

And screw oracle for making Blob.setBlob(byte[] b) throw just such an error when it is used. The alternative is Blob.setBlob(1,byte[] b) because this crap only works with base 1 arrays even when the language only supports base 0.
