I'm also pissed that my plans for slightly improving my health have been pretty much shot to hell, mostly by this sore throat. Yesterday, I bought a 6-pack of honey buns(for $1) and ate most of them already.

... I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought that.

That's... probably a good 30-50 cent less than you'd normally pay of that much, in this area. I don't even buy the stuff anymore (because I eat it if it's available, but don't when it's not, without a notable difference in happiness) but savings is savings.

Go to your closest drugstore and ask them if they have benzydamine hydrochloride. I had a sore throat that lasted for nigh on a month and just one gargle [choking] of it literally fixed it. Never suffered from sore throats since discovering it, that shit is science.

I have, my cat decided it was a unnecessary addition to the house.

I just keep my windows closed at all times and constantly go out of my way to kill any bug that finds it's way into the apartment. They still eat me if I go even near grass though.

Not much of an option, not my house (renting the place) and I'm not sure when I'll return, if I do, leaving in about two weeks so it's not probably worth the money and time to get several of these.
