Blizzard's account stuff continues to be bafflingly useless. I need to unlock my account, but all the account unlock stuff is inaccessible because my account is locked.

If someone does, make sure not to mention where this discussion started.
That too.

Their sanity ought to remain intact, as well as ours.  Or what's left of ours.

/b/ and B12 have different flavours of insanity.
We had sanity in the first place?
My personal opinion is that B12 is one of an elite cadre of actually good websites continually fighting against the unending hordes of Chaos the scum of the Imternet.
Cinsidering this is 4chan, someone might just hack you and find out where you have been, anyways. They have been known to do this sort of thing. Post it where people can see it, but don't make it look like you are posting it just so a lot of people can see it.

I don't know; post casual!

Regarding the comparison to other websites: I imagine early human tribes viewed themselves much the same way. They were the real people, the ones who were inherently better than all the other tribes. We know the right way to Internet, and everyone else is a pale shadow by comparison.

I say we start invade neighboring websites with our forum culture, until they see the light and start doing things our way. Who's with me?

Speaking of which, I recently discovered that someone had already brought RollToDodge to the Yogscast's forums. Does anyone know if that originated here, or elsewhere?

I'm not sure, but the Bay12 forum's certainly host the majority of them at the moment.

However, it's not exactly like it's a complicated system.

I think Sean Mirrsen created the great art, and it has since spread.
Once Toady adds the army feature to DF we'll be allowed to invade other websites.

I did some research on that quite some time ago. I think originated somewhere in something that looked like a roguelike forum. It's long dead now, tough.

E: B12 remains the only place with a significant number of RTD games tough.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

My flatmates apparently refuse to ever clean their crap out of the sink once they're done using it. Getting tempted to leave it on the roof.

My stepdad seems to be looking for excuses to yell at me and berate me and make me miserable. I accidentally woke him up by sneezing, and he threatened me. When he walked out of the master bedroom, he accused me of sleeping in my clothes. And he's basically told me that after being on the computer, I can't do anything I find entertaining. That I should find something to do outside. Despite the fact that it's slushy and generally miserable out. All I ask for is one weekend at home where he doesn't torment me. Is that really too much to ask?

It's always too much to ask.  Parents like that never rest until everyone around them is stressed out and miserable ._.
