Stupid RNG in Xcom.  Both my snipers missed their 97%, 100% crit shots, heavy missed both of his 60% shots, assualt guy missed his shot, which was at least understandable being only 50%, all on a single thin man.  Who then killed my colonel support man, which meant he couldn't revive colonel heavy man.
