One of my roommates is being noisy with a Western he is watching on his laptop, a Western with rape scenes and women screaming. In fact I notice that a lot of Westerns tend to have situations that involve abusing women. That really upsets me. What upsets me more is I want to sleep but that idiot will not turn off his movie or put headphones in. Asshole.

So I'm playing Shank 2, a game i got in the HIB. Quite a fun game. Then i get in one of the fight arenas where enemies jump out of the door of a church, i kill them all. Can't go left, can't go right. No obvious way to go trough the door the enemies came from. Fucking great.

Knowing Belgium, everyone will vote for themselves out of mistrust for anyone else, and some kind of weird direct democracy coalition will need to be formed from 11 million or so individuals.

So, I found out why TigerDirect wouldn't let my buy that wireless adapter: insufficient funds. Apparently, Visa took $5 off of it at some point. If it wasn't so fucking difficult to find my balance(I only discovered it after buying something at work and looking at the receipt), I would have noticed it sooner.

No idea why they would do that. Couldn't be the charge for activating the card, I paid that when I bought the card, and have the receipt for that.

Fuck Steam, man. I'm trying to figure out what this Big Picture thing is, so I open it. Steam tells me it's running in XP compatibility mode and there might be problems, even though it's definitely not running in compatibility mode. I decide not to risk it and tell it not to open. It opens anyways, glitches up, freezes, and crashes my computer.

I dislilke hypocrites who claim to believe in compassion and tolerance yet tend to be selfish, hateful and greedy. I think I am going to leave it at that and just think on whether or not I should go to the store to pick up a Sobe Citrus Energy or just hide in my room until those assholes quiet down.

IIRC Hitler wanted to be an  architect, and failing that, an artist specialized in that fieldf. Or maybe the other way around. At any rate, that was what he failed to get: aka a formal education and a career in architectonic stuff. Which might explain his passion for megaprojects later in life.

Read an interesting article somewhat related to that I guess (life goals and stuff). It quotes the authors uni proffessor: "If you miss your goal, you've hit everything else."

In this case architechture being the goal and genocide everything else.

Kinda makes it scary to fail at goals now :C

So I ordered computer parts for my new gaming desktop earlier this week. This morning, I got the email saying that they would be delivered today. Checked the tracker; yep, out for delivery.

So here I am, at 7:45 PM, still waiting on UPS. Fuck. This.
