I think i'm going to check if it runs on boot first. Superantispyware found some registry keys, and supposedly removed them, but after reboot it simply came back.
Ran it again, it found one more registry key, and i'm removing that again.

Tip: Kill running processes/services that the spyware opened, remove its services from the list of startup services, delete its files, and fix registry keys before rebooting. That should take care of it.

I looked into the startup services, and i found one thing.
"smartbar".
Removed that from startup, ran superantispyware again, had it remove another registry key, had it reboot, and now its gone.

Good. So many people forget to check startup services when they're trying to get rid of a virus. Make sure to wipe those files off your machine, now, before it comes back. Check C:\Program Files, if you have 64-bit Windows C:\Program Files (x86), C:\ProgramData, and C:\Users\<username>\AppData for strays.

I'll do that tomorrow. If it doesn't return after one reboot, it probably can wait.

And if it does, i'll deal with it.

So today I lost the Family EBT card. For what appears to be the 18th time.
GOD-DAMN IT DAMN IT DAMN EVERYTHING.

They should really stop sending me out. But my sister is not to be trusted, and my mom procrastinates doing it. Still. I am not kidding with that number though. It takes half a day to replace it too.

I'm posting this on the behalf of the guy next door. Based on the semi-coherent grunts and exclamations which have been penetrating the thin walls and my eardrums for the past three hours, he has been fairing rather poorly in one of the many different Duties Which Beckon, and yet still persists on being repeatedly turned over and spanked by (judging from the output from his speakers) several fine young gentlemen perhaps half his age.

Thank you, CoD guy, for giving me laughs in exchange for eating up bandwidth and forcing me to turn my music up.

What if it isn't FD's bandwidth that he's eating?

I toooootally didn't catch that "Duties That Beckon" was not a euphamism for sex.

Was an interesting read, let me tell you.

So you thought that I was talking about the guy next door being the passive partner in an S&M orgy with a bunch of preteens? Well then.
