Money is a cost. Time is a cost. My soul is not a cost...or at least one I don't mind paying.

Reminds me of high school.  A friend of mine sold his soul for like $10 to buy lunch one day.  He wrote "Jerry's Soul" on a little piece of paper, put it in a gameboy cartridge case, and sold it.  A few years later, he started making really desperate offers to buy it back

I went to Britain once. Everyone said bring an umbrella and all the dudes are hot. It didn't rain even a smidgeon, though it was bitterly cold, and all the chicks were fine as all get out, all the dudes were old guys in business suits.

I don't know.  It was a long time ago.  I just mentioned it off-hand to someone as a "remember when?" and they replied that he started trying to buy it back years later.

if you visit the north, an umbrella is a necessity.

the south... not so much. they have a drought most years. large population+low rainfall=water shortage.
