Grrr. There's these two gits in the math class I'm taking who seem to fail to realize that being hyperactive fuckwits is not conducive to their long-term survival.

Calculate the angle you need to throw a half-brick at with a given level of force in order to hit them in their heads. After you go through with it, show your work to the professor. 50% odds you get extra credit.  :P

Ish only a high school course. I'm just wrapping up the last few credits I need (Took a lot of spares over the course of my high school 'career'.). And I don't really have anywhere to hide a half brick. No baggy clothes or backpacks. Only a laptop case.

He didn't say it had to be the bottom half :P You could bisect it along the long edges.

Do this, but angle the cut so that you have a sharpened wedge. Bounce it off of idiot 1 in a manner that it axes idiot 2.

This is assumes I have the upper-body strength to actually throw the half brick hard enough. I can't very well smuggle a small catapult into the school, now can I?

Yet, they are so much more complex to put together. At least you don't have the massive wear and tear like on a railgun's rails.

Wait, full stop. I missed something here.

There are people who don't have the strength to throw a brick? Seriously? (Yes, I'm serious.)

I could probably throw one a few meters.

They must think injustice absurd; above all, they must think it startling. They must retain the violence of a virgin astonishment. When the pessimist looks at any infamy, it is to him, after all, only a repetition of the infamy of existence. But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

Not even a whole brick! I mean I'm a damned 6'0" 115lb skeleton and I can still lob one far and hard enough to break the windshield out of an asshole lacrosse player's SUV and get away with it. Uh. Not that that has any relevance to my life.

Half of it is getting a good arc, anyways. You don't want a straight shot, you want something that a physics professor could use as a model for parabolic flight.

Fellow caveat'd "hard enough" :P

Presumably to get the richochet effect. Chunking a brick is easy enough, getting it to bounce would probably entail being able to throw hard enough to pulp the skull of the first target and then hit the... floor, probably (most other things in your average school classroom a brick moving that fast would just go through, if the brick maintains cohesion), and then bounce up and get someone else, despite bleeding off a lot in the initial impact. Enough force for the bloody thing to bounce at all, nevermind going through the first cranium, would be pretty difficult to get a hold of from simple human force application.
