Dude, that was a worthy rage. No need to be ashamed.

But the optimist sees injustice as something discordant and unexpected, and it stings him into action.

I've removed it because I am really bad with laws and don't know if I might have actually broken any in which case I wouldn't want to post it. :/ I don't think I did but who knows.

If you didn't touch her, you broke no laws.

And besides, lawbreaking is irrelevant to rage.

Absolutely. Assault requires you to at least threaten with physical harm. Being an ass to an ass on the bus isn't illegal.

Generally requires repeated negative behavior, or something particularly egregious (racist remarks, etc).

You're FINE, dude :P Don't make me hug that insecurity out of you.

Fine, fine, I'll repost it. Look, in issues where I might encounter the law, I generally cast a very wary eye towards it, lest it jump out and "git me". I do not really understand it, and I certainly don't trust it.

Reposted: Here's a story.

On the bus:
Woman stands about halfway back, blocking the aisle. Refuses to move or respond to repeated requests to move back, since no more people can fit on the bus.

So, and this is probably something I shouldn't have done, but I was pissed, I walked faster than her, got to the top of the stairs just as the train pulled in, and just... stood there for a couple seconds, blocking it. Let her have a taste of her own medicine. She pushes by me, goes off on a spiel, I call her a bitch and go to get on the train as she yells "I'll call the cops, I'll call the cops!" We end up getting on the same car, opposite ends, she again yells that she'll call the cops, I say "Go ahead, bitch."

She stops the door from closing, gets off the train... and calls the fucking cops, saying she was "assaulted" (I don't think what I did was assault, but maybe I'm wrong. This is based off of what I heard of the conversation between officer and train person. Whatever, the point is...), so after making several people miss our bus, she now shuts down the ENTIRE train line for 15 minutes, making everyone on it late to work. The police go through the cars, they don't point me out for anything (so... maybe it wasn't her after all? More likely she gave them a useless description), and I end up fucking terrified.

I know I should have just dealt with it, but by god, people like that fucking piss me off so fucking bad argh rage.

Found a problem last week that I rightly predicted was a fucking technical timebomb (not the literal kind with the exploding and the fire and the "OH GOD IT BURNS"). Got blown off by pretty much every manager I brought it to.

Guess what happened this morning? Boom goes the motherfucking dynamite. And now I keep hearing "Why didn't we notice this? What can we do to fix it? How can we prevent this in the future?"

You could start by LISTENING TO ME, YOU STUPID FUCKING FUCKS.

If it's one thing I've learned in life, it's that you just don't mess with a woman. Not in the "don't mess with them out of honor" sense (although that's perfectly valid too.)

No, the truth is that when push comes to shove, women can and will put a man to shame in terms of vengeance. Where a guy will decide a situation needs to come to an end sooner rather than later, for their sake and everyone else's, a woman will go above and beyond in the name of vengeance when you've seriously pissed them off.

Don't ever call a woman's bluff, is what I'm saying. They'll do it, and to hell with the consequences.

Admittedly, I didn't get arrested, and she missed her train. And it was a very nice adrenaline rush.

Did she get a massive bollicking from the police for wasting their time? Because that's how our local rozzers would have responded :P
