Soundsense won't open.

IDK if it's got to do with there being a "1-Newb" folder inside the "1-Newb" folder, but even deleting that didn't fix it. (You may want to fix that too, though)

Edit: the command prompt only flashes for an instant, but from what I can see there's some problem with a soundsense.java file, in a folder in the soundsense_33_somethingsomething zip file.

Double edit: Oh, and thanks for this. We all appreciate it. Are my eyes playing tricks or did they change the truetype font? It looks way better.

Looks like if you check the soundSense thread, people have reported this problem and you need to download Java 7

The 1-Newb folder inside itself is a weird artifact thing from undoing a copy-paste. It shouldn't matter at all (there's no files in there) but good catch. Just delete it. I may remove it myself later.

I'll give it a try. Thanks again!

Edit: Yup, that worked.

What are the cons of using the Lazy Newb worldgen parameters?

Lucas,

Ya might wanna do something with the Exotic Pets button, until Toady finishes his Dungeon Master revamps.  Right now, in 34.05 with LNP v11, the button for Exotic Pets set to No doesn't appear to work.  Maybe someone else can confirm this.  Also, somehow, not sure exactly, these init editors seem to snipping out the migrant list options.  Sincerely, Knutor

Thank you.  Why don't you include Legends Viewer with each release?  It's so swick.  It's super swick!

Did you not check the "Contents" spoiler in the first post?
It always (until any of them stop updating) includes a compatible Phoebus, Mayday and Ironhand tile/graphics sets.

Perhaps. I think I used to include it. Inclusion is sort of a question of how many people want any one utility, or how useful it is versus how confusing it is.
