Hmmm, that's really not as many as I thought, compared to the 20 or so games I've been in (though most didn't get past turn 5, now that I look back).  Though wow, RTD's have been around for almost 2 years now.  This is impressive.

MM1 started with a Dwarf Fortress world and an elven siege. Here the situation is different.

If by "whatever they want" you mean "destroy the city in the process" then I say, that I would not be happy with that, because I have something else in mind with the current world. I can't go into details yet, or I would spoiler the fun. Only so much: "Destroy tavern +1" is not a skill that will help you much here.

So, while I technically can't influence, whether someone with a series of 5s goes directly for demigodhood, I will try to nudge you into playing by the worlds rules, at least for a while.
Don't worry, there are other worlds that are designed for mayhem and destruction.
