Sorry for the delay. I think, I can't keep up a 24h routine right now.
Turn 27I sneak off in the confusion to the cathedral, going in by way of the crate stair.
| You leave the agitated crowd behind and sneak off to follow the route of Frelock and Paranatural.
| You have some difficultiy scaling the crates and inadvertenty topple the stack over as you jump over the wall,
| but land safely on the other side. You arrive inside the cathedral cemetery, but the rest of the way is blocked, because the armory is still on fire.
I attack the paladin who stands next to me
| You go after the last paladin that was protecting the priest.
| He cannot really fight back without his right arm, but ducks away under your swing to retrieve his weapon with his other arm. You feel more competent with your axe.
Search the Cathedral for religious texts involving the Eye
| You look around and spot a large tome sitting on a lectern right in front of the altar. You browse through the pages quickly, but cannot spot any reference to the Eye. It is hard to decipher anyway, because it is written in somewhat ancient english and mostly contains storys and legends. Moments before you give up, a drawing that matches the reliquary almost perfectly catches your eye! On the next page are written some formulas or invocations and another drawing. This one depicts a chalice just like the one Frelock kicked away earlier.

| The large majority of hammerites isn't even in range of your telepathic abilites and the rest is too religious to be influenced by your tiny attempt to manipulate their thoughts. Also they are dying faster than you are able to change targets and lock on someone specific. You lose sight of your zombie in the crowd.
Cast a jump spell and jump towards the catheral
| Well, you don't succeed with your spell, but you jump towards the cathedral anyway. You arrive at the main entrance of the cathedral and are quite exhausted, because all that armor weighs you down.
Barricade the major entrances.
| You get up, completely ignoring your leg. It does not really respond to your will anymore. You crawl on all four towards one side entrance.
Put my bleeding arm up into the air and scream "CHARGE FOR YOU FREEDOM!"
| You raise your arm, point at the cathedral and scream at the top of your voice. The crowd responds and charges. You are left alone and in the dark on your single crate.
Emit a high pitched scream and leg it
| You run away, but are overtaken by the stampeding crowd. You struggle to stay on your feet, but somehow arrive at the cathedral entrance, too.

NPCs:
Zombie: [2] It is lost in the crowd as it slowly shambles forward. Probably also severely trampled, but even if so: since it is already dead it would just stand up and continue searching for the nearest paladins flesh.
Angry mob: [5] The mob follows Nuker's order and charges forward! A few moments later the first arrive at the cathedral main entrance and start massacering the guards there. The
peloton rest takes a little longer. The cathedral doors are closed and locked, so they spread out to the sides and into the cathedral cemetery, where they get a good look at the fire.
Priest1: [Auto 2] Dead. Trampled to death by the mob.
Priest2: [5, mob: 3] He runs faster than the crowd, right into the cathedral and locks the door from the inside. He is too exhausted to notice anything unusual inside.
Paladin 1: [6, attackers: 2] He is frenzied by the loss of his arm and picks up his weapon. Most peasants run right past him. He is bleeding heavily but in a last effort of rage, he swings his Hammer at jozilla... [dodge: 3] ...who is surprised by the attack coming from the enemys left hand. [damage: 1, critical: 3] The blow hits him in his right side, cracking 4 ribs and causing internal bleeding. Jozilla is in pain and nauseous.
Paladin 2: [3, attacker: 4] He backs off into a side street, still defending himself against a single peasant with a pitchfork.
Paladin from cathedral entrance: [6, mob: 5] The paladin on guard duty sees the incoming horde, and charges right at them, smiting down a few, before he is run through with a spear.
Bowman from cathedral entrance: [6, attackers: 2] The bowman stays behind and fires half a dozen arrows in rapid succession, all of which find a target, until he is mercilessly cut down by the enraged peasants.
Bowman 1: [5, mob: 1] He flees along with the remaining priest into the cathedral and helps him lock the heavy oaken door in time, just before the mob arrives.
(poisoned 2) Bowman 2: [4-2, mob: 4] He starts to feel the poison flowing through his veins, slowly paralyzing his body. He does not manage to take another shot and is therefore also trampled to death.

Environment:
A fire in the armory: [5] At last, the fire is discovered by some recruits, who are on their way to gear up and join the fight outside. As the first one opens the door, fresh air surges into the armory, triggering a devastating flash-over that incinerates the hapless recruits and sets every tapestry in the corridor on fire. A few witnesses survive and run back towards the dormitories to raise the alarm.

Locations:
Side street: A small street branching out from the main street. The walls of the neighboring houses are made from rough stone, reinforced by steel girders. Your exit is here.
Main street: A market street, devoid of people but crowded with crates and wagons. There are several shops here: An armor shop, a clothing store, a bakery, an alchemy store, a weapon store and possibly more.
Clothes shop: This two story building contains a shop selling high quality clothing. The inside is unlit. The side window on the ground floor is open.
Weapon shop: This two story building houses a weapon shop. There is an open window on the backside, 1st floor. A pile of shirts is nearby as well as, the top half of another warhammer, one dead hammerite paladin and 3 unconscious ones. The front window is broken.
Guardhouse: A small office for the city watch. Contains a cell and two beds for the guards.
Tavern: A big building right next to the bridge and the guardhouse.
Cathedral: The Hammerite cathedral proudly presents a new relic: A mysterious gemstone called "The Eye". The front gate is watched by 2 hammerite guards, a paladin and a bowman. It is surrounded by a wall (some crates stacked against from the outside) and accompanied by a cemetery and various other buildings that are part of a larger complex.
Cathedral inside: The reliquary is suspended in the air by two chains and flanked by two giant, menacing statues, each raising a hammer.
Armory: The armory connects the cemetery and the cathedral, a fire burns there.
Cathedral street: This street lies parallel to the main street and leads to the cathedral, too. One hammerite paladin patrols there somewhere.
Alchemy store: This shop is accompanied by a small, walled off herbal garden. It lies exactly between the main street and Cathedral street.
Hammerite generator building: A building only 1 story high but with walls of steel. Wrecked on the inside, door and barred window are lying on the street. The outside is intact except for some scorchmarks where the window used to be.

Background: [6] The sudden outburst of flame coming from the armory is seen by everyone inside the hammerite compound.

I think it might be helpful to recap the lore for a second:
The eye is some sort of gemstone, probably cursed, that knows levitation and has the unnerving habit of teleporting itself at will and was thus encased in a reliquary and magically warded by the hammerite priesthood right over the high altar of the cathedral.

Frelock and Paranatural are now inside the cathedral, along with a priest and a bowman, the front door is barred from inside and the side entrance (one of them) is now blocked by fire.
