I'll be gone on Friday for one to a few days. So please post your actions Nimitz and nuker w. If you are lucky I might be able to get a turn done before I leave.

Guess what guys? I'm back!

...And I see Nimitz still hasn't posted. He's going on AI then.

If you were wondering where I was, I was out mining (not exactly mining) Sunstones.

Turn up when I catch up with the forums/I feel like it.

Sorry about that. I didn't have net access for a few days, and I didn't have time to check this one. I'm back.

I will try to help turn off the water. When that's done, I'll just relax. Maybe I'll look up the history of the USDF, too.

Turn 9: Fist fight! The power of writing.

Fiiiine just attach them to the ship then
[2]: ...How?

Check out the ships electronic library, browse through science books and maybe engineering books, try to expand my knowledge.
You know, even if we don't have a Xecobia corpse, just having one of their ships would tell a good deal about them. How long has the war with the Xecobia been going for?
[6]: You search the ship's library. And find a page on hand to hand combat. Well, at least it's something...

No skill Melee [1/4]

The length of the war is obvious. The USDF was formed on 2413 due to the glassing of Alpha Centuari. The first "combat" (read: Slaughter) was in 2412. And it is 2415. So the war has been going on for three long years. And has the potential to go on for many hundreds of years. In >90% of the simulations, humanity is wiped out. If humanity does survive, it's always bleak. >8% of the <10% chance for survival has humanity running away. The rest have humanity with almost all of humanity's planets badly battered.

Lollygag around unless something interesting happens. (If nothing of import happens and I don't post again, this is my "on hold" action until I need to do stuff.)
[5]: You lollygag around. The ship. You trip on something... Oh. My. God. Is that what I think it is? It IS! It even comes with ammo! Now, how the heck did it end up here?

Item obtained: BACKBREAKER rocket launcher.

Are we going to Sol yet? We will need another ship. For the rest of us.
"Are we going to Sol yet? We will need another ship. For the rest of us."

Go to another section of the ship and start over on that report.
[5]: MUST WRITE REPORT ON EVERY LAST DETAIL!

You bash through many doors, much to the amazement of the rest of the crew, only stopping to sit down. Then you write like a madman, writing amazing details about every second. Surely this will be worthwhile to new recruits. I'd bet you'd get a promotion if you are lucky.

Item obtained: Report on EVERY LAST DETAIL on the battle of Luyten 726-8.

(Captain Silo, Roadviper)

Go back to Sol, request replacement MMCLs and presumably deposit the freeloaders somewhere.

[4]: Drives started.

Countdown in 30.

Bug Silo untill he sets course back to SOl, in such a way as that it cant pe punished
[1]: You smack Silo so hard you knock him out... FFFFF-

Attempt to steal a fancy suit from the captains quarters while everyone is distracted.
[5 (wat)]: You tip-toe slowly through the hall. No one even notices you even moved! You pick the lock... And it opens! Now, suit, suit, sui-ahhh. There it is.

Does it fit?

Yes it does! Awesome!

Help captain get ship to Sol, confine wolfchild to quarters when he gets too annoying.
[6]: HEY! HE ASSAULTED THE CAPTAIN! You throw a punch at him.

Frelock's punch [3]
VS
wolfchild's dodge [3]

wolfchild blocks the blow.

Chillax. With style.
[4]: You chill. Duuude...!

Look for some entertainment.
[3]: Hmm... Dripping...

Drip.

Drip.

Drip...

I will try to help turn off the water. When that's done, I'll just relax. Maybe I'll look up the history of the USDF, too.
[6]: Water's already off mate.

RoadViper's AI (Synthetic female voice): Count down:

RoadViper's AI: Five.

RoadViper's AI: Four.

RoadViper's AI: Three.

RoadViper's AI: Two.

RoadViper's AI: One.

*Insert lots of loud noises, whooshing, splashing. Etc here*

Ahh, back to Sol.

The ship pings the Reach.

...No response...

The Jovian (Space station)(orbiting Jupiter): Welcome back boys, sorry to say, but the Reach is no more. The damn Xecobians broke through and partially glassed Titania. Millions died. They also creamed our outpost on Pluto. We beat them, though we suffered heavy losses. Admiral Drake wishes to see you.

The ship docks by unknown means (I don't want to have to keep you guys waiting). The mechanics get to work replacing the MMCLs. And the replacement of the Smew is also docked.

I assume everybody on board heard that announcement.

Go to where the other crew are gathering, *Hit the nearest bulkhead with my fist out of anger* "Esos bastardos malditos Xecobian!, what did we do to to them to start this war in the first place!?" *sigh* "If only we could talk to them, somehow."

Go to the ships lounge or the station lounge and relax until its time for a crew briefing.

((Thats "Those damn Xecobian bastards" in spanish, I'm going off of my characters hispanic/latin american descent.))
