Limiting Armor Piercing Incendiary MiniGun Turrets to 45 degrees completely messes up the fact that it's on a turret. What kind of lame excuse for a turret can only turn 45 degrees? :P

I'm going to try limiting the maximum angle of other weapons.
Yes it would... What I suggested was 180 degrees of protection for the turrets, and at most 45 degrees for the main guns.
SORRY, I MISSREAD. HERP DERP DERP.

Wow.

Good thing we outnumber them 3 to 1, and their destroyers suck against our frigates.

Run diagnostics checks and bring my station up to full combat readiness (if it isn't already).

Try to affect the foes systems with a virus that constantly plays Rickroll- Even aliens cant stand that! Oh right I guess it also scrambles the controls.

(Plus we (Roadviper) can move 4, thank me later)

Once the Xecobia Destroyer is within range of my AAPMAC's I will fire if the Thresher has already started their diversion.

If at any point the Xecobia Destroyer's shields go down, I fire a Nova missile at it. Right now our LOS will let me hit the bottom of their ship, which is what I will aim the missile at.

(Roadviper)

Since the shields are still up, I will stick to a point defense role for the time being. If one of the destroyers fires a projectile and it comes into range, I will attempt to shoot it down before it strikes.

Someone is being lazy and/or doesn't have the time to post their turn. We're short one.

And that someone is... Dervin.

I'm somewhat happy that Dervin isn't posting, since I have an excuse to not update this RTD now. Oh wait, are you reading this? Crap.

Turn 15: Don't forget to take your Fail Vitamins.

Note: I am now adding angle of fire limits to weapons. All turrets have an unlimited angle of fire. all other "fixed" weapons have a 45 degree (Both ways) angle of fire.

Note2: I screwed up on the amount of flares that are supposed to be on the Destroyer. There's supposed to be eight or so, not two. So happy day, you're going to face a much tougher enemy.

Wake up. Wonder what on earth is going on.
[2]: You wake up, YOUR SHIP EXPLODES AROUND YOU! GOODBYE CRU-... Wait, are you breathing in space? Well, either you just became a god or you're still sleeping.

(Roadviper)

Follow the Majors orders.

Wait until the destroyer gets into firing range (don't want to waste ammo) and wait for the destroyers shields to go down before firing at will.

[1]. Trained block. [2]: You almost do something stupid. But you just stop short of it. You don't do anything else this turn for fear that you will do something stupid.

(Roadviper)
Fire AAPMAC's at center top of the enemy frigate Destroyer.

[5]: You fire your AAPMACS at the center top armor of the Destroyer despite them being woefully out of range... And somehow they still do significant damage. What.

Shield resist roll: Shield:[4][2][6][6][3]=[21]. Damage roll:[3][4]=[7]. You knock out a surprising 2 shield rolls. Nice.

Trained Cannon [1/12].

Major Anthony: How the...?

(VoidRaper)

Begin moving the ship behind the destroyer as per Anthony's orders(N,N,N). Make sure all guns have a line of site. And ensure the ship doesn't run into anything from that asteroid belt.

[6]: You fly the ship north three times, but, somehow, point the ship the exact opposite way from the Destroyer.

Trained piloting [1/12].

Major Anthony: *Cough* The destroyer is the other way you know.

Stop the flooding and open the doors, yel for engineer asistance, open doors by shooting holes in them if neccisary
[5]: You turn off the sink and unplug the drainage. The doors now open. Well, looks like coffee is off the menu for a year or two.

(Voidraper)

Run diagnostics checks and bring my station up to full combat readiness (if it isn't already).

[4]: You run the diagnostics check without a hitch.
Luck [3]: Ammobelt: Ok. Fire mechanism: Ok. Targeting system: Ok.

All systems operational.

(Voidraper)
Try to awaken myself. Failing that, dream of using Xecobian technology to blow shit up.

[3]: You wake up. Maaannnn does your head hurt. You're a bit dizzy right now.

(Captain Silo, Roadviper)

Pilot the ship NE three FOUR spaces.

[1]. Re-roll [3]. Basic re-roll failed: You pilot the ship SW FOUR spaces. Wait. That was the exact opposite way you wanted to go. Dammit!

Trained Pilot [0/12].

Major Anthony: Hey, where the heck are you going?!

(Roadviper)

Try to affect the foes systems with a virus that constantly plays Rickroll- Even aliens cant stand that! Oh right I guess it also scrambles the controls.

[3]: You make a piss-poor virus that, at it's best, can pop-up a picture of rickroll. Problem is, alien computers are extremely alien to human computers. So you have no way to transmit the virus, and it would take years for you to study Xecobia computers before you could even get the most basic understanding of how they work.

[1]. Basic re-roll [3]. Basic re-roll failed: The ship turns around and you are confused, you can't see the destroyer. It must have activated invisibility! FIRE!

Prototype fire roll [4]: You fire a Nova missile into deep space. Great job.

Major Anthony: What are you trying to achieve by firing missiles randomly into space? ESPECIALLY EXPENSIVE ONES! FIRE THEM AT THE BAD GUYS DAMMIT! THOSE MISSILES COST MONEY! LIKELY MORE THEN YOU'RE WORTH! *Loud angry gasping*.

Trained Missile [0/12].

(Roadviper)

Since the shields are still up, I will stick to a point defense role for the time being. If one of the destroyers fires a projectile and it comes into range, I will attempt to shoot it down before it strikes.

[2]: You get ready to fire at whatever projectiles the destroyer fires, then realize: The destroyer only fires plasma. Plasma is effectively fire on steroids. Bullets can't hurt fire. Thus shooting at plasma will do nothing.

But hey, free lesson!

Voidraper

Try to free myself and Wolfchild from the coffee filled kitchen.
A voice suddenly booms out: "Wait, what are you doing in there? You were supposed to be in the loading bay. Oh well, nothing a little teleportation won't fix."

You suddenly appear back in the loading bay. And wolfchild seems to have gotten himself free. So you sit down and ponder where the voice came from.

(Hey, don't blame the misplacement completely on me. You guys should've seen that mistake.)

Major Anthony: Urgh, do I have to do everything myself?

[6]. EXPERT BLOCK. [4]: Anthony flies straight NW four squares.

[1]. TRAINED BLOCK. [2]: Anthony's gunner doesn't fire though.

Major Anthony: Fire, FIRE DAMMIT! FIRE SARGOTH! YOU'RE GOING TO GET US ALL KILLED!

[6]: The destroyer fires all three Hellfire guns at the Thrasher's front armor. One hits.

Shield resist roll: Shield:[6]. Damage roll:[1+2=3].

Amazingly, the Thrasher's weak shield shrugs the shot off!

Major Anthony: ...Seriously? Did our weak shield really just survive that without any damage?

[6]: The destroyer also fires all eight Flare guns at the Thrasher's front armor. Half hit.

Shield resist roll: Shield:[1]. Damage roll:[2][6][4][1].

The shield breaks easily under the pressure. Only blocking one shot.

Damage [2][3][2].

The Thrasher's front center armor is scraped by two shots, and damaged slightly by one, losing 1/2 armor points.

Major Anthony: That went a whole lot better then I thought it would.

[2]: The Destroyer's Fuego respiros don't fire.

Major Anthony: Void, Viper, mind helping out someday soon?

Wow, what did you guys do to enrage the RNG so much? Insult it's mother?

Also, I can tell some of you guys don't check the statuses enough. Especially the crew members of the Voidraper. I suggest you check your ship's status closely. You've forgot to do something important.

Oh, and remember to check for errors on my part. At the very least check your character's status.
