Listing "deceased" animals
« on: June 09, 2010, 01:52:32 pm »

I love sinister biomes because it gives my militia a steady stream of zombie goats and marmots to hack at. However, the list of deceased animals is starting to get a bit long. Will the deceased animals ever go away from the list? No one in the fortress seems to have the reflex of hauling the zombie carcasses anywhere and the growing mountain of dead zombies is turning my map into a smelly topiary garden at this point.

EDIT: typoes

Nothing screams "Christmas" quite like a new release of DF.

Dwarves probably need "gather refuse from outside" turned on under (o)rders, (r)efuse to gather from your map surface. I don't think anything disappears from the unit list (despite the existence of a 'remove' command) though.

Thanks, time for me to check the key binding for fast scrolling through this list then.  ;)
