Random HP, and we could always use more mages, I think that the role of spontaneous divine caster and druid are not taken. You 'could' make some sort of melee character, but that would mess with the party dynamic...(Although I am biased and want to maintain the mage-centric party for my own amusement...)

We met in a tavern, the tavern crashed into a garden, the garden was cared for by some hot dwarves, the hot dwarves were owned by some giants, the giants were killed by some elementals, the elementals were sad about the fire plane being infested with giants. The path to the fire plane was guarded by a naughty forest, which stole someone's weapon, and was in front of a naughty library, which stole someone's mind, with a path to a city, which stole a bunch of old characters, and then the party was eaten by a grue, the end.

so far standard party procedure has been to cast spells at things untill

1) they die or
2) we run out of spells

You really can both sig it.
But... That would break the laws of sigging! We can't have everyone running around with the same quotes. IT MAKES THEM UNFUNNY FASTER!

Usually the latter, at which point we try to figure out what to do with the 10000 gp items we made up for ourselves...

Okay, cool. *opens ToB.*

How are we working out HP? Average rounded up?
Also, standard WBL?
Also Also: Point buy? How much?
Random HP based on class HD. Use the standard starting money for level three. Point buy of 30. Also, make up a fire-based item worth 10,000 GP or less. Half the money or more must be spent on fire-based effects.

Fire, you say?

*runs giggling to Desert Wind maneuvers*

I'll give you fire!

Also: Still full hp at first level, yes?

Fine! I will just roll a four for myself then...
3 then, still only 1 from maximum so far, I still say we should use some sort of non-random effect...

Second Level HP roll.

Third Level HP roll.

Despite those rolls, I agree with RAM.

I personally don't much like standard HP values. Randomness is good, that way you all have a shot at getting higher than average HP roll. (Such as Akigagak did just then.)

I never did get the cost of a dragon's breath weapon. Since I need it to calculate spell level and item cost.

I suspect you've never tried doing many illegal things yet in your game. The second the CCS knows you're "active", they'll come down on you like the hammer of God.

Heh, you're the only one who decided to get limited charges on their item. Oh well, it'll probably last you until there are better weapons lying around.

Well, it's:

A: Mostly for emergencies, when I can just slice them in half with melee, and;
B: I'd rather have slightly limited uses of a more damaging spell than infinite uses of a weak spell that'll become useless after about levels 5-6.

Um, I'm about as spontaneous of a divine caster as it gets. Remember the Spontaenous Anyspell trick I'm waiting for?

Although, I kinda want to play a rogue again. I know that's kinda CJ's thing just now, and I don't want to lose our group buffbot, but as soon as Esori kicks the bukkit, Kaliche v2.0 is gonna to start throwing boxes of d6's at stuff. Including the normally non-sneak-attackable stuff, there's a feat for that  :P
