Description: The realization of a mad dream of a rogue military scientist, created after a car 'accident' killed his daughter, crippled him, and addled his mind. Just as he threw the main knife switch to the lightning machine on that dark and stormy night to bring her to life, however, Phlebotinum happened and things went terribly, terribly wrong.

It wouldn't be fair to call her an attractive young woman; she's more like several attractive young women- or parts of them, anyway- stitched together, and has a pair of giant steel bolts sticking out of the sides of her head.
Personality: Highly technically intelligent, but innocent and completely oblivious, as well as being terrifyingly optimistic.

Well, insofar as being a female Frankensteinian creation; they still have completely different personalities and also Fran is a doctor. They may be similar in trying to help people with questionable results, depending on how the rolls go, however.

You try to find some food, but you cut your finger on a rusty nail instead. You have to wonder why you thought eating some moldy ice cream would have healed you in the first place.

Frelock:Practice=5
You shoot the crossbow, nailing the clown cut out you were aiming for right in the face.

Hex:Steal crap=3
You steal all you money back, and you take some drugs that take you back up to full health.

Diablos:Heal self=2
You try to heal yourself, but you find that you are not coordinated enough to sew yourself up. HP down 1.

CJM:Ponder=6
You ponder, and you realize the perfect secret base! Here!

Tinkles:Skeleton xylophones=(5-2)3
Using the latent universe breaking energy's left by Frelock, you create a skeleton xylophone despite the fact that it has no tissue to be infected of even move it.

Everyone sways to its funky beats.

What a peaceful, beautiful day in City City. The birds are singing, the children playing, the supers brawling and the sun shi- wait what?

Well, at least it was a few minutes ago. Outside of the City research facility, the day was playing out like it normally did. Workers coming and going, deliveries being made and patients checking in. Then, suddenly a woman went flying through the front door! And, if the fact that there are super people now confused you, this was not consensual flying. Right after her were three people trying to catch up with the airborne maiden. One man, and two women. The man was followed by four dogs, the first woman, really more of a girl, had long blades made out of something looking like ruby and the last one had no obvious signs to give away her power.

They all start to attack the girl, who we will call 3, now embedded in the parking garage across the way. 3 rips herself from the building, and with a horrifying smile throws a bolt of lightning at her attackers. It hits the girl with the blades, damn near blowing a hole clear through her. 3, her smile now turning into a look of panic fly's away (Consensually this time).

The girl with the blades (Lets call her mary) picks herself up, the hole in her abdomen sealed with the queer ruby stuff. She kicks a pole, leaving a dent. "General Preavy won't be happy about this" The man with the dogs (Lets call him Bob) says. The last one (Lets call her Tracy) snorts and say "General Bitch never is.".

OH GOD I CANT WRITE. IF I WERE YOU I WOULD QUIT BECAUSE THIS IS SO BAD.
