Can I put all the RAW stuff in one file for a mod? So, if I need to define new body parts, can I just put it in the same file as the creature?

It wouldn't work, you should have [OBJECT:***] which determines the types of the contents. However you could have a single file for each OBJECT type.

So you could have one file for all creatures, one for weapons, one for armor, one for plants (i think there is one already), one for stones (i think it's divided into 3...), one for toys?, i forget all of em off the top of my head.
