That is a good point. I wasn't thinking. "babyface" is a human term. How about "Elfchin"?

Humans do not have beards. They are merely trying to look more dorfy with their imitations.

Dwarves have beards. None other.

When you think about it, is any lever a wrong lever? You either do what you intended, or create disastrous results requiring vast remodels to salvage your hellscape of a fortress opportunities to re-decorate.
