The principles I am going by are:
1. Inactive players are scum and do not need to have any equipment because they never go outside.
2. Active players are either ranged or non-ranged. Ranged players should have: a crossbow, 25 bone bolts, and a backup melee weapon (in this case, everyone has a stone mace)
3. Non-ranged (melee) players should have: A melee weapon (one-handed), a backup melee weapon (such as a dagger or knife), a shield, and a throwing weapon (such as a javelin or spear).
4. Armor goes to the most active, valuable, and deserving.
