Yay, a skill-up. It's not on the first page though.

I spend 16 hours crafting stone crafts, and mugs for trading.
I spent 8 hours eating and sleeping.

Whelp, I'm a bit behind. Alright, here goes.

The dwarf stretches as he emerges from his tent and spits in disgust........ He is seen dragging large pieces of wood and branches from the surrounding area and piling them around his tent....... The tent is now draped over a large square of logs supported by heavy branches..... The dwarf drags stones of various sizes into the shelter and when he is finished, there is a makeshift chimmeny coming from one corner...... the dwarf then sets off into the swamp, pole over his shoulder....... The dwarf is seen dragging fish back to the camp area.

So;
7 shifts building shelter
3 shifts firepit
3 shifts fishing
1 shift hauling

I like to slip into bear caves around midnight and gently caress the carnivore inside before leaving a small cut of fresh fish and sneaking out.

Hmm Nirur i am not shure how this is going to work, but maybe we can come to a conclusion if we think together.
Right now i keep a page for each of FOOD BOOZ ARMS WOOD STONE and then theres the miscelaneous stuff that is written only in character inventories (I have character sheets)

The pages are arranged horizontally and I modify the totals and the end of each day/post after everyones actions are done and posted.

The Record keeper position would be out of game and I'd like to just state how much the stocks are modified each day for each guys actions. you would save me from having to post or update the stockpiles. Any rounding you do you can say vermin got to them.

I stopped keeping track of candles and torches since it does not seem to be a big deal, and keeping track of the treasury would be nice too, although if the players are possesive or communal i dont know, trasury would be nice so you guys know how much you have to trade with. A lot of people came with spare change and Nanothnir never even gave an invetory that I saw, so he has 800$ in pocket money.

I updated day 15! BTW

Ochita thinks that they are ivestigating, but there is a greedy gleam in the traders eye. He evaluates the present dwarves trying to determine who is in charge, he is used to dealing with nobles. He mentally takes stock of the worth of the area and is worried by the state of the surrounding area.

Hello there! it looks like a tornado tore through here, were you folks attacked? by like a herd of elephants or what?

Oh dear.. my character won't like them then. :-\
"No. we just set up camp here and unless you have a sturdy pick or supplys we wont really be needing to buy anything. Comeon Ill take you to a tent to rest and to give us time to set up." * Goig into the fortress* "Doc.. Hey Doc! We have some traders that might want to trade with us. I was wondeing if you wanted to help me set up a trade depot? Be careful while trading though... i think they are like hellspawn, very greedy."
8 Hours setting up trade depot and lugging in some mugs
8 hours looking over the goods with doc to intimidate the traders to being fair.
8 hours digging a tunnel for nirurs tower to link into volcano

I'm a doctor, not a trader!
Maybe they have some crutches and stuff.  I'm low on almost eveything.
Sure, lets build the depot, but only out of something special, like petrified wood or pitchblende or something.

Voting closed on the third. Try extending the deadline.

Nirur hurriedly carries an armload of stone crafts up to the non-dwarves. "'Ey, traders! Got any weapons?"
