It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.

That is strong for beer. 50% is just ridiculous.

I think the strongest beer I've had was around the 13% mark.

That's absurd. I thought the whole point of beer was to be light and casual. When I want something strong, beer doesn't cross my mind once.

Strong beer are delicious. Really. Blue chimay (9%), Bush(12%), Maredsous triple (10%). Of course I can't fatom what a 50% beer could taste like. Also I've lost a lot of interest snce I knew that these "beer" are distiliated.

I think brewdog made Tactical Nuclear Penguin to prove a point.

On the subject of strong beer, Rochefort 10 is delicious.

I thought this was going to be an article about a racial group of midgets. I am unsure whether to be disappointed that it is not.

Are you talking about the actual article, or the /. commenters? because theres a much higher chance you're right about a slashdotter than the actual article.

I thought this thread was gonna be about a new show like the amazing race but instead of around the world, a race down an erupting volcano.

Oh, so the race is going to be really short.

Also like dwarves.

You all know what we have to do now, right?

Once the beer's next record is set, we must serve it with buffalo wings made from the world's best chicken, slathered in the world's hottest hot sause. And then we must see who can devour it all the fastest.

Probably similar to the beer it's distilled from, only it burns your throat. It'll also be a lot sweeter then the normal beers, since ice destilation takes out water, but not sugar or other taste generating components (unless I'm sorely mistaken).

Thats a pretty serious figure. I don't even know if you could call it beer anymore.

The 8% to 12% beers are called malt liquors here, and its basically like brewing beer except the distilleries add alot of extra sugar, which is why malt liquors taste like rotten fruit at the bottom of a dumpster.

Getting to the 50% mark would surpass vodka and tequila in terms of alcohol by volume.
