After meeting a strange person on the street, you black out. After waking up, you find yourself in a strange white room.
There are no windows, no doors. A computer message informs you that you have no need to eat, sleep, or drink, and will never die- in the room, at least. It then blanks.
You are then presented with a pop-out keyboard and a view of what you are informed is the entire universe. After pausing dramatically for a second,
it zooms in to a single planet, which beyond a small satellite is completely devoid of civilization. You find that with the computer, you can input
commands to the satellite. Though you have no idea where this planet is in relation to your current location, you may be able to use the satellite
to create some form of life that can eventually break you out. After all, you have infinite time...
OK, so this is Yet Another God Game.
Rules:
The satellite you are in control of has certain simplistic commands. For instance, you could input 'create cell', but not 'create human'. You'll have to evolve life from the ground up.
Current available commands will be listed in each update.
You can indirectly control your organism (in a group, other organisms will follow you or do their own thing) to do things. As they gain intelligence, they can accomplish things
on their own but are harder to control.
You organism can gain energy through various tasks.
A certain amount of energy is consumed each turn.
Excess can be used to buy upgrades for you and the rest of the group
Upgrades all have pro's and con's. Flagella make you in control of your movement but are vulnerable in combat, vacuoles can store more energy but take up lots of space,
size increases give you more space but make you more unwieldy and have a limit, etc..
Your eventual goal is to influence your civilization to break you out- so you'll need space travel, curious beings intelligent enough for exploration, etc.
