Broken nail treatment

RIght now a "compound fracture" on a fingernail should have the nail fragment be counted as "stuck in" so it can be removed and dumped to promote healing.

Hmm, ripping out the nails of unfortunate prisoners could also be used for entertainment interrogation purposes.
