Yes. However it no longer stacks additively. It stacks multiplicatively.

So technically it nerfs them.

Yes, Tenacity stacks with character-specific sources of CC reduction in a multiplicative way. This means 50% CC Reduction + 25% tenacity does not equal 75% reduction, but ~66.7% reduction. Tenacity is to make it so there's more items available, but to make stacking these items non-abusive. (Morello)

Nerfs them a little bit, bit still works. Similar to how damage reduction works, but differently.

Dakk got him. Morello likes to say "multiplicatively" when he actually means "multiple."

For example, apparently the Heart of Gold was giving "multiplicative" defensive bonuses. It was actually give just giving flat Armour and Health, so multiple should have been what he said.

Anyone gotten an "Error loading configuration" error when trying to run the installer?  There's no other text in the error message.

Googling it gives me people who are reinstalling the game having that issue (this is a first install), suggestions to uninstall some media player (Pablo? Pueblo?  Anyway, it's not installed), and run Windows Update (done, no help.)

Any other suggestions?

WinXP SP3, running an admin account

Did you already have adobe air installed? I had to uninstall adobe air when doing a new LoL install since it was creating an error. Try installing adobe air if you don't have it, then install LoL.

Nope.

Installed it, tried again, same error.  Uninstalled it, tried again, same error.

EDIT:  Running CCleaner and rebooting fixed it.  Thanks anyway!

Anyone have much Teemo experience?  He looks like the champ that appeals most to me.

My experience of him?
He is really annoying. Every bush you go into explodes in a cloud of purple annoyance, damage and slow foiling that perfect gank you were just about to set up. Yeah, I don't like him. However, I have never really played him. My experience is that AP teemos are constantly spamming mushrooms everywhere, blinding your carry and making sure any low hp fleers die from poison.
AD teemo is ok but I haven't seen many. I have seen teams carried by him though.

But look at it this way: Riot makes more teemo skins than there are ragers in the LoL forums... You have so much choice...
