I have played my last 11 games with him.

Glorious 7 win spree was just ruined by a horrible team who gave a Jax 5 kills before the 15 minute mark and a yi who insisted on getting zerk boots, starks and phantom dancers BEFORE getting any real damage items. While the loss was forgiven due to server lag, I'm pretty sure we'd still lose due a mindless yi and a lux that called me useless, despite having more kills, less deaths and more assists then her and the whole team (apart from rammus, who had more assists) during the whole game

why is it, every time i play, during the laning phase i barely die.

But as soon as team fights begin, I suddenly become the death leader in the game.

like one of my last games i was like 4-0, then laning phase ends and first thing that happens is I get ganked, and then im like ok so im gonna stick with my team for now on.

Then i constantly get raped during the team fights over and over again till im the highest death person in game.

Last game of night about 5 minutes ago, I just had 22-22-29 as karthus

so annoying, It got to the point at the end i removed my boots and replaced it with warmogs and got a guardian angel.

If they focus you in teamfights, usually because you're the biggest threat (And Karthus tends to be such a kill-stealing bitch that he usually is), then get a Zhonyas.

whats great i found out is with guardian angel, they stop focusing you for a few moments, and you can get like another 5-10 seconds of killing people, then you truelly die again, and then get another 8 seconds to rape them more.

i loved it ^_^

That's a little excessive, but going as far as two zeals before getting damage items works if he's leveling Wuju Style first.

My crazy Yi build tends to be 2 PDs, infinity edge, youmus, black cleaver and starks (Not necessarily in that order.)

Incidentally, Yi gave me my very first pentakill. In an actual 1v5 against a full health all cd's down team.

as usual, first time i tried Yi, during laning phase killed my entire enemy team opposing me in the lane.

Then comes team fights later on and suddenly all i hear is YI sucks etc etc. FFFFFFF i blame my team for team fights where i die so fast ^_^

quick tip, good yi's join teamfights last after all the cc's and burst damage as gone off.  Then you can easily chase down routers and low-health squishies.  It may seem wimpy but if the sides arn't evenly matched or in your favour, don't jump in, yi is a terrible 2vs1 straight up.
