Sona wasn't really reworked, they just improved her passive (As a Sona player, used-to-be-main, I think it's almost OP now). It did change up how she's played a bit, but not much.

So, after giving new Sona a try yesterday, she's not as OP as I thought she'd be. I didn't run my usual Assault Sona (Ghost + Ignite), which would have turned some of my assists into kills, but my Ghost + Flash combo worked out a couple times so it was worth it going 4-4-16.

The game wasn't as intense as it should have been to warrant tactical use of her passive. Mostly I just asked myself "Is my passive up? No? Press Q. Is my passive up? Yes. Is my Q aura active? No? Press Q, then autoattack." The few times I switched it up, the enemies who were debuffed just tower-hugged.

That said, I was able to pretty much solo Gangplank in my lane. I got him and Nocturne down to super-low HP before Trynd spun in and slashed them to death. That's fine though; a fed Trynd is way better than a fed Sona.

I own Jarvan, Garen, and Urgot. Too bad I can't play all three at once and roleplay Jarvan and Garen trying to kill Urgot. xD

I love all the Demacians though. It's just too much fun. Running around screaming "DEMACIAAAAAA!!!!" never gets old. A lot of people easily associate Garen with funny too, so its a great team morale booster. No one expects Garen to do well, so him doing even reasonably okay makes people happy.

Because she's not Demacian, she just happens to reside in Demacia for the time being. She's no more Demacian than Sona is.
