1) Fix entrance dance (love that term :P)
2) Restacking
3) Uses for fire
Some ideas I have for fire:
-Burning (animal/enemy) corpses/remains, or refuse in general. While they wouldn't produce enough heat to power a smelter or a forge, perhaps the ashes could be used to fertilize fields? :P . This would go well with the 'more difficult farming', a feature I support and should've propably given my vote to. This one doesn't really need an open fire, though.
-Cremating dwarves. Much like the previous idea, except you can do this to dead dwarves, and the ashes will be stored in urns, instead of being used in farming.
-Fire traps. Fire, meet flammable liquid. Flammable liquid, meet fire. Goblins, meet fire and flammable liquid. Alcohol, oil, gunpowder... Whatever it takes, I CRAVE FIRE!

1. Fix entrance dance.

2. Allow custom naming of professions that don't end in "man."
-i.e. At the moment, you can change "Axeman" to "Axedwarf" and "Craftsman" to "Pastamancer" in the creature files, but you can't change, for example, "Wrestler" to "Boxer" or "Mason" to "Pastamancer."

3. Door access lists.

Im going to stick with
1) priority given to nearby jobs
and
2) forbidden area designation
but add
3) Some way of dealing with owned item clutter.

Better Hauling.  Please.  It slows down the fort so much later on to have dwarves haul things one at a time.

My comments on this suggestion and suggestions of maintenance for the voting system:

I think that 3 Rounds, each a month long of collecting new stuff and pushing to get it into the top 10 of the 3 months is just fine, culminating in a 1 vote top 10 thread for two weeks or so. I recall seeing Toady One Reference this at one point to determine what we all really think are "important suggestions", as such, it shouldn't ever loose the ability of introduction of the new, or the ability to abandon the old.

I do think the top 10 list isn't a bad thing though, since there are some things I didn't vote for that I feel are as important as some of the things I did (Immigration control has been consistent for me as the 3-vote system has been there. The other 2 are generally the last frustrating things I ran into, such as designating trade zones, engraving constructions, or keeping the dwarves from assured death zones. When it gets down to it though, I don't see any problem with mass building constructions. I consistently build fortresses with 2000+ Walls, and do it just fine. Better stack handling, on the other hand, is something I would vote for if it wasn't so low on my list.)
A good example is this, what I would consider my current top 15 Suggestions

01)Forbidden area designation
02)Immigration control
03)Allow engravings on constructed walls
04)Complete overhaul of job system
05)Better Economy
06)Trade Designation (Both d(t} and k{t})
07)Combine stacks / better stack handling
08)Stop dwarven entrance dance when ordered inside
09)Door access lists
10)Transport vehicles + better hauling
11)Filter for construction material selections
12)Material selection for materials used in workshops
13)More Uses for Fat
14)Resizeable viewport
15)Show lever connections

As they shift and adjust, sometimes something becomes more important then others, sometimes new stuff comes on, or goes off. You will still notice some of the top 10 of the last thread isn't even on that list, and some are and close to the top. A top 10 allows a quick glance what the community feels is important and in what order, while 3 rounds of additions allows the community to add new stuff, and show consistency with certain lower priority items that are constantly cropping up below the top 10 threshold but still important.

1) material selection for materials used in workshops
I want a fancy workshop making fancy stuff!

2) sort skills by ability / list social skills last
Yes

3) attack commands on specific bodyparts
Aiming for the arm holding the big pointy stick, ohyesplease. null

[WRESTLING]

I recently played wrestler and realized throws do zero damage. In real wrestling proper throws is very dangerous and deadly.

1)Throws:
-Actually throw enemy somewhere. Maybe with limited ability to choose direction(or throw in opposite direction that he standing from you). 1-2 squares away is enough, i think. But better if it will depend of strength, weight of enemy and wrestling skill (damage depends of same stuff).
-Enemy slams into obstacle(walls or ground). Like when you hit someone with hammer or throw off a cliff.
-Enemy is slams into other person, both damaged.(Not sure how it currently works, never managed to hit one goblin with another.)
-Enemy have chance to break something.
-So you can actually throw somebody into chasm, or river or something.

2)Take-downs:
Same, but slam enemy into ground on it's position.

3)First choose what you will use to grab, then choose what to grab => dont parse whole list of all combinations.
