DIE ELVES DIE (Dwarves In Exile Enacting Lies and Violence to Establish a Sadistic Dwarvish Immortal Empire)
Awesome :D

Sounds awesome, Zifnab.
Deon, what's different between normal DF and the current Genesis mod?
Everyone: I apologizing now. I've  never played a succession game, or anything past 40d.
You might want to learn a bit DF2010 before your turn, it's quite... different.
For me, creating megaprojects in 40d like a city of (green) glass in a desert only living on hunting and aquifier fishing, I was happy that my could huddle in a hole without being killed. ;)
Well, maybe it's just me. I'm still not gasping the new military (train you lazy warves, dont watch just all watch dodgingdemonstrations without someone leading it!) :P

I may be wrong (Deon would know), but I'm pretty sure Genesis has custom "training" workshops that help dwarves increase their skills, including weapon skills. So having a skilled military won't be too hard. It's just various other combat bugs we have to worry about. Though, the new changes in 31.05/.06 sound quite promising for the military and I hope they get incorporated into Genesis soonish.

I'll take a dwarf, if I could. Best not to take a turn as I work all the time/suck hard.

Name: Dr. Z is fine.
Profession: Doctor. Seems like we'll need one soon.
Gender: Male.

The Ignited Nightmares? Wow.

Anyway, let me at that lobster! I know I can kill it easily!

EDIT: Also, if we're all getting pet dorfs, can I have a mudkips? If not, can I have the leatherworker? I love the smell of a tannary in the morning. Oddly, most people don't.  ???
Check the link in my signature, there's a LOT. Even dwarves are like composed of different races (castes).

Also I am patching a version for 0.31.06 right now. I had some problems with adapting the save because of the all material rework but it's almost done.

So we will be playing with the newly fixed creature attacks? Sweet.

So.... more unneeded complication? Hmm. This game is waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay to close to reality now for comfort. If the fort makes it to my turn, just to put it that much closer to life may I try adding the Hooker/Gigalo Foocubus mod? We all know normally those dwarves can get...... restless at night. Oh, and while I'm at it, Deon, I might just suggest making a double bed. Or, if you're kinky, a triple bed. I said might.

Don't think it's really too much more complication. Toady just fixed teeth and claws to not be as soft as skin, so creatures aren't as harmless as they were earlier in .31.0x. So, more Fun for us :)

Come on! Doesn't everyone like being gummed to death?

And as far as messing with the save game raws, I believe that you can modify what is already there, but you can't actually add anything and have it show up.  So no new creatures, buildings, reactions, etc.  Those require a new worldgen.

The foocumbus mod counts? Would it be possible to add boobs and genitalia as body parts as it is just editing the creature file? Or does that count as an addition also?

Not sure if it would work. I know that attempting to change the colors of creatures already in game made things a bit wonky in my experience..

Okay, good news are that I've patched the save. Now I just need some time to sleep and I will play it, sorry for the delay.

All the delay is because of me :(.

I am really sorry for all the delay. It took a lot of time to patch (and then fix twice :P) the save to match the latest Genesis version because of all the differences, and I have a lot of exams right now. So I was delaying my turn later more and more... I hope you are not angry at me and let me play later when I finish my exams and have some time. I have some problems in University right now.

So I upload the save with all the changes and adjustments. I tried to compensate my fault with a good work on the patch, so you should benefit from all material and weapon tweaks and creature tweaks as well.

I am uploading the save. It's huge, 77 mb :P.
